On 2nd april 2019, 2 transactions from my upi failed as the bank's servers were not responding but the amount got debited for both the transactions, rs 300 and 349. I connected with 3-4 chat officers of the bank, they are denying these transactions, they are saying they can't see those transactions in their system i have the records from the payment transfer apps about the transactions, if your bank servers were not responding then that's not my fault, customers should not suffer. I want my rs.649 back. Refund my money into my account. Was this information helpful? |
