[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Refund initiated by Amazon but still not credited in bank account

I ordered a laptop from Amazon on 21st December 2020 worth Rs.53, 540/- . On 23rd December 2020, my order was returned to Amazon and the refund was initiated from Amazon's end and thus they mentioned that by 24th December 2020 I can expect the whole amount to be credited in my bank account.proof for same has been added as a photograph. But the amount was not received. Afterwards I again contacted Amazon on 30 December 2020 and told them my concern on which they gave me refund reference no. As well as emailed me the same - the email has been again added as a photograph in this request.
The refund reference no. Is - [protected].
Please help me out with this scenario and consider this as critical as it is a huge amount.
I hope I'll get the refund credited.
