DMC Charges of Inr 826 are being deducted from last many year. I am not aware about any Dmat account associated with me or I ever opened with ICICI. ICICI bank is cheating and making fraud by deducting wrong charges.

    I am AMAN GOSWAMI . 525.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL charges on JANUARY -01/2021 . I have never activated and used my Demat account till now and I even didn't know that I have one .There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction
    message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately it's very important My Account Number is[protected]

      I have done IMPS transaction today from ICICI to SBI. Funds should be transferred immediately which is why I have done IMPS. Amount debited from ICICI but it said "Transaction got timed out at beneficiary end. Wait for 3 working days and check the transaction status". Amount didn't credited to SBI account. Its been more than 8 hours. And today is public holiday(Jan1st), followed by Saturday and Sunday.

      Do I need to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday to have my funds? If funds didn't get credited why it shouldn't rolled back to senders account immediately?

      More or less it would be 4 or 5 days that I don't have my funds. This is very urgent transaction.

      This is so unfair and cheating people

        I have taken loan with icici auto loan on 17th June 2018 loan acc LAGUR[protected]. I have signed aggremenent between both icici and myself on pre payment options and pre closure as well . Now toss coming now they are asking heavy part payment charges 6.9 percent on 5 lac standing which was never discussed when sanctioning . When I visited their hisar branch some person in telling which have not some coupons or code will availing this auto loan . Some are telling part payment can be 25 percent or 50 percent with no extra charges . Pre closure charges at the time of loan sanctioned is not known .

        Now I am running behind people to people .

        For 5 lacs there are charging me 5.3 lacks never take loans from icici banks . Its compete fraudant bank in terms of auto loans . I should get document signed between me and icci on 17th June 2018 not on basis on current. Complete illiterate branch managers and people .some tell #5 percent, some 50 percent some keep calling different people .

        Filling RTI soon on this since welcome kit doesn't have terms and conditions documentation secondly completely unknown information and why agents didn't tell this . Secondly why they didn't enter information while sanctioning loans . Third where is my terms and condition not checked where it's mentioned not part payment charges.

        Required both parties signed document of terms and conditions when loan was sanctioned which should have details about pre payment percentage amount can be done + charges . Secondly pre closure charges

          I got a reply from icici bank customer care for my complaint (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/my-complaints.html) and the icici email id is displaying [protected] email. How can I see the original email? I logged in using my account and its still displaying as protected.

          I have been sending messages to icici and consumercomplants.in, following up on this for the past 1 week. Please help me.

            Full and final settlement issue

            I have completed my service on 17th november 2020. employee id is 463917. its more than 45 days and i have not received the settlement amount. when checking on alumni site its showing that amount has been credited but there is nothing in my account. when making complain on customer service they just ask me to send mail even after sending mail to payroll team there is no response. how to escalate this thing?...

            I have tried to purchase a mobile from Amazon website but transactions failed with the same reason as below;

            Dear customer, transaction of inr 45, 999 on credit card xxxx is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care.

            Kindly note that due to covid-19 situation, even i am unable to reach out to customer care.

            Kindly help resolve my issue at the earliest as i am unable to make the purchases which are my absolute essentials now.

              My ICICI Account got debited 590/- Rs. 40 to 50 times in a single day without any intimation and also did not get any debited messages.

              Even after clearing all my outstanding amount of my loans, it happened. Before clearing outstanding amount, but I was shocked they deducted almost 50, 000/- from my bank account. And We called to customer care but the time is out, But I need my full amount Who will help me now.

                Applied the fast tag on Dec -12.. money has debitted from my account 502.

                I got this acknowlegdent of registration,

                I have not received the tag yet and When I try to login or register on site, it says the mobile number is not registered and account is not active.

                How do I get the update on the fast rag

                    Hi Team,

                    I have transferred 200000 /- rupees through IMPS from ICIC BANK to IDBI Bank at 31st December, 2020 18:17:40
                    But, The amount did not credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded to my account.

                    But I got a message that said

                    Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.200, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 31-Dec-2020 18:17:40. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.

                        Hello. My registered mobile number with bank is [protected]. I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 from Samsung online store using my ICICI AmazonPay Credit Card ending with 8003 on 28.09.2020 for Rs.13, 999. There was a flat Rs. 3000 cashback offer on my purchase and it was stated in the terms and conditions that the cashback would be credited within 90 days from the date of transaction. It has been more than 90 days but I haven't received any cashback.

                            With out any notice icici bank deduct around 15000 within 3 months. All charges are ECSRTNCHGS. Several time they just deduct without no reasons or any justification but this time i notice and i caught this deduction. I want my hardwork money back. That is happened in every month constantly and every time i just avoid cause i thought it was any of my loan deductions but this time i notice and found. I want proper justification in each single rupees and want my money back.

                                Hi,

                                On 29/Dec/20, 826 rupees were deducted from my bank account for DP CHGS Till NOV-20 even though I never used ICICI Demat account and while opening the bank account I didn't ask for a Demat account but they automatically opened the account. I need a refund and also please close this Demat account.

                                    i have been charged wrong brokerage and misguided with your sales
                                    executive while opening my demat account.

                                    kindly check and why you charged me hige brokerage on my trade which
                                    it was taken on 24 dec. is it justify on total value on not more than
                                    17000 rs tarde i have been charge more than 7500 rs.FOR BROKRAGE instead on 20 per
                                    lot you guys charged me 95 rs. which is absolutely wrong .

                                    FNO Segment we are offering to you only flat brokarge of rs.20rs. now

                                    Yes any body can see this the prime plan for which icici is charging rs. 2999/- ( one time) where stock options charges are shown as rs.20 per order, however they are charging brokerage of rs. 95 per order excluding any taxes and duties. There is no one to explain this as i can see the complaint is unattended even after 2 months.
