[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund not credited | |||||
I had made a security deposit of 5000/- on 28th dec 2017 with payment id [protected]. This was made towards zoomcar. This money was transferred via internet banking to zoomcar. They initiated refund in two blocks, 1760/- and 3240/-. According to zoomcar they have already processed both the refunds on 6th jan 2018 17:05 pm. I got refund of 1760/- on 9th jan 2018 with transaction remarks "rev of pmt id [protected]". Still i have not received 3240/- amount in my account. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I was recharged my jio number on 20/01/2018 at 11.28am by using upi, my amount 448/-is deducted from my account, but there is no response from jio network for my recharge status, so plz check my deduction, and then refund my amount to my upi account plz.

I was paid an amount 399 for to recharge my jio no [protected], the amount is debited from my account by using [protected]@icici but recharge is not successful and amount is debited, so please my money back to my account immediately or mack the recharge successful to my bio number
