I did a transaction on bajaj allianz website to buy an insurance policy.
I paid through UPI by scanning the QR code. after the transaction there was no update on the website that the payment is successful.
Now My account has been debited but I have not received any refund or the update from the bank or the bajaj allianz.
I have contacted my bank they said the transaciton was successful.
I have also contacted the website payment gateway which is billdesk and they are just saying that they have not received any updated from the their bank whihc is ICICI

There customer care is very poor since 1 month has past and htey cannot track the transaction.

    Myself Ankita Basak my jio number is [protected]. I have done my Jio recharge from MY JIO APP on 22nd Jan at 6:05 PM via UPI id. Unfortunately my Account has been debited 349 rupees and also my 50 rupees JIO voucher, but had not got any confirmation via SMS or by MYJIO APP. I have neither get my refund nor my recharge confirmation till now. I am also shearing the screen shot for the prove. Please look into matter and refund my money as soon as possible. Hpoing for a quick response from your end .

      I am having saving account in icici bank. I made a withdrawal of rs. 14000 from icici atm machine (Atm id - sicwa695 situated in meerut, u. P.) on date 07th jan'2018 at 11 am. Machine did not dispense any cash and shows transaction successful. Transaction details is "atm*cash wdl*07". After that i checked my balance and found that the amount was deducted from my account. I wait for 10 minutes also but no result.

      Then i also complaint on the same day on telephone but still after 18 days i didn't get the amount back.in this duration i raised service request by net banking and telephone both which service request no are - "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]" & "sr[protected]" but i did not get any satisfactory response by these.

      I also visited the icici noida sector-110 branch but they told that they will not entertain this complaint.

      Already 15 days have been passed but i didn't get my money back. I requested to icici customer care to check the cctv footage and return my money back into my account. But still there is no progress.

      Bank is not understanding my problem as i am suffering a lot since more than two weeks.

        I had made a security deposit of 5000/- on 28th dec 2017 with payment id [protected]. This was made towards zoomcar. This money was transferred via internet banking to zoomcar.

        They initiated refund in two blocks, 1760/- and 3240/-. According to zoomcar they have already processed both the refunds on 6th jan 2018 17:05 pm.

        I got refund of 1760/- on 9th jan 2018 with transaction remarks "rev of pmt id [protected]"....

        Applied for personal loan. We gave confirmation as as no need of insurance like that but while amount disbursement insurance amount was deducted. While calling manager he is not responding properly. Disconnecting the call while taking. Manager number ([protected]).

        The guy who came for agreement sign that person also confirmed as there is no insurance like that that.

        There is no use of sending ICICI customer support.

        I already deactivated my credit card. But still I am getting some messages regarding due amount. I didn't receive it for past 11 months. This month I received the message and its showing my due amount is 234. What to do? Kindly do deactivate my credit card as soon as possible

          I have done my recharge of Jio 398 through PAYTM UPI to sent via [protected]@icici...but still not recharge and Jio customer service said that we not get recharge..so help. I upload transaction proof..

          I didn't link my bank account with credit card payment. Then why it is auto debited without my permission. I already deactivated my credit card. But suddenly am receiving the message that my credit card has some due amount and it will be auto debited. why is it so? Kindly reply me as soon as possible.

Today suddenly I saw a message on my mobile Number [protected] about that the Amount of INR 3002.33 was spent using debit card while I haven't use my debit card. So Please make the necessary action to refund my money and please do not make these type of shocking in future

            Respected sir,
            I am a student and i did online jio recharge through upa transaction. My amount get debited but recharge is not done. It is showing that amount go to the [protected]@icici.
            This icici bank taking the money but this money does not reaching to the jio. Icici banks are doing frauds. Many complaints are registered online. But still now no action takes place. So kindly take an action towards this. And stop this types of frauds.

              I had paid installment to bajaj finserve At 4:19 pm on 19/01/2018 with inr 3667/-rs, sent via upi to

              The installment, though, was not received to Bajaj finance but the amount was debited from my account.

              Bajaj finance customer care executive says that the payment process was initiated but the payment was not made, while phonepe says that the transaction was successful for which i have already given the id no. Above.

              So please we request to focus our complaint and solve this as soon as possible

                Regarding unblock debit card no any solution provided by customer nether they provide any solution nor any new card. I have block my card on 13/01/18 on same day i unblock it. But till date. My card is not working. I have not got any solution. Why i suffer..? Which the mistake done from icici bank end.                 A simple customer problem can'take solve.from this bank. They need more than 1 or 40 year, s.to solve. Every hour i try to custumer car since 13/1/18 in working hour. but not any body response my call received.                   I have used icici bank debit card emi with flipkart in october 2017 and i cancelled the products in october itself and the money got credited back bro icici and i have already sent the supporting documents to icici sent by flipkart. Icici has charged the emi inspite of money reverted back to them. I will go legal with icici bank now as they are not ready to help me on the same.

                    I have recharge my jio number 70******14 using My Jio App via UPI on 20th of jan, 2018 at 12:43 A.M. Amount of 349 was detucted from my account, but Recharge was not successful. More than 48hr were gone but i didn't got any refund from [protected]@icici.
                    Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                      In dec 2017 icici bank deducted rs. 28.50 from my account as posdec charges that is point of sale decline charges. When reported to icici local branch in mulund, mumbai they were reluctant to help. On further pressing to explain the charges i was told that the charges are due to dedit card decline in august 2017. How the hell should i remember what happened 5 months back. Also going through the statement i pointed to the manager that the debit card was not used in that period at all. These is cheating. Icici please find some other valid means to raise your profit not like this. It is a scam.

                      Please revert back my charges asap or i will close all the 6 accounts my family holds in icici bank and circulate this issue on social media.

                        Recharged my jio number on 18th of january 2018. Although the amount of rs 448 was deducted from ny account while using upi, but the recharge has not been done yet now and the amount which was deducted is not refunded. Then i recharge the number with my debit card. And later found that i didnt get my recharge and nor the refund please help me in this process

                          I was doing recharge through upi on my jio mobile number. I approved the requested money by [protected]@icici of rs 398 at 10:50 am. Transaction was completed to [protected]@upi from my sbi acvount. After that the trasaction from [protected]@icici to mobile company jio could not be completed due to internet problem. The recharge could not happen as a result. I request you to take the matter and refund my amount of rs 398

                                My name is preetpal singh gill. I have a credit card with icici. The payment due date was 2nd jan. Being year end i was out of station and made my payment upon return on 6th jan. They have added 500 late fee + interest + gst. When requested for a waiver they refused to do so. I have accounts with axis, kotak and citi and all had due date on 2nd jan. Being out of town, i was late on all and requested them to waive them these charges one time since i am a regular payer. Even with icici, i have made all my past payments within the due date. All other banks have acknowledged the reversal of these charges for one time seeing my past record but icici is sitting there to steal customer money and have refused the reversal.

                                  On 4 jan 2018 i was informed by the icici credit card department that i have a loan offer on my credit card bearing 4375*0007.
                                  On 6 jan 2018 i placed a request to process my loan for rs. 33000/- and for that i gave them my icici account no. 0060*9806 on being asked to provide. They gave assurance that the process will take 2-3 working days.
                                  On 8 jan 2018 i received a call from icici lombard that as i have applied for a loan it would be better for me to take a loan protection policy which will insure the loan repayment and will also help process the loan in quick time. I gave them my approval after being assured that it will come into effect only after the loan is processed.
                                  On 12 jan 2018 my credit card was debited with the policy amount and i was told that the loan would still take 2-3 days more time to get cleared.
                                  On 18 jan 2018 my funds were still not cleared so i again contacted customer service and i found out that they have even charged my first emi of the loan.
                                  They tried to fool me giving a lot of reasons but when i didn't let them go they told me that my icici savings account has been debit freezed so they are unable to process the loan.
                                  The bank gave me reason that my kyc is not done but it is a false statement as i have updated everything only a couple of months ago with all the proofs by visiting their branch and i also have received the text messages from the bank regarding the same.
                                  I really feel now that it was a ploy from them to trick me into taking a policy and they freezed my account just to give themselves safe cover.

                                  On 22 Jan ICICI Bank viewed my complaint and released their statement that they regret the inconvenience caused to me and their official would get in touch with me to resolve the issue at the earliest. But now its already 31 Jan and they are still yet to contact me.
                                  I can't seem to understand why they are showing such reluctance in resolving the issue. Is it because that they are taking this Online Complaint Forum very lightly that they can show such boldness by just turning a Blind eye to my issue.
                                  If this is the real scenario then the Forum should really stop giving false hopes to Victims and should instead guide them how to approach the Consumer Court and how to raise their grievances by giving proper guidelines.

                                  The complaint has been updated as RESOLVED but the Complainant is yet to be aware of it.
                                  ICICI Credit Card Department offers me a Loan. Thus they TRICK me into taking a POLICY.
                                  When I enquire about the Loan they in collaboration with ICICI Bank DEBIT-FREEZE my Savings account and cites the above reason for being unable to process the Loan.
                                  When I approach the bank they gave me the reason that I have not completed my KYC but truth is that I did complete my KYC very recently.
                                  And now finally when I raise the complaint in the Consumer Portal, the ICICI Bank silently removes the DEBIT-FREEZE from my account without informing me just the same way they did when they DEBIT-FREEZED my account.They have not even admitted their mistake.
                                  This is just the same way as a Pick-pocket steals a wallet and returns it after getting caught and then claim to the world that everything is resolved.

                                  No action from the Guilty side and yet the issue has been marked as resolved. I can't seem to find the reason why my approval is not needed as necessary for the complaint to be marked as Resolved.

Actually sir, my father was having a saving account (No.[protected] sir my father late sh nirmal singh was died in 2013 and he has a saving account in your bank after my fathers death i have gone to the bank for atleast 3 years for giving my fathers money which he saved in his saving account but the bank employess are not giving me any solution.
