I was trying to book a ticket from
Yesvantpur jn (Ypr) to brahmapur (Bam) in
Train no./name: 22888/humsafar exp on 15-may-2017 through irctc
rail ticketing section of icicibank.com.
Rs 3570.00 /- deducted from my account but the transaction status shows payment failed in irctc
where as icici
says it is successful at their end.
confirmed that they did not receive the money still icici
is not able to resolve my issue. What can i do further to get my money?
The money usually comes back within 3 working days if i would have directly book from irctc
. But it seems as i booked through their portal they deny to give any update at their end. It is 25 days since the failed transaction. I have wrote several e-mails to irctc
as well as to icici
, but i didn't get any update regarding my payment. It is highly disappointing to see icici
has such poor customer support. I almost tried calling every other day to the customer care, but every time they decline my service requests at their end.
Please give a response to my registered e-mail about the issue.
Hope i will get an update at an earliest.
