I had recharged my jio no. At 9:49 pm on 17/01/2018 with inr 349, sent via upi to
[protected]@icici using phonepe app.
Transaction id : icic3ccaacaa4694247a5090befae97e548
The recharge, though, was not done but the amount was debited from my account.
Jio says that the payment process was initiated but the payment was not made, while phonepe says that the transaction was successful for which i have already given the id no. Above.
Kindly initiate the process of refund of the same.
