On 10th june @4.32pm i received a sms from icici bank "a transaction o[censored]sd 10.99 on 10-june-17 on card no xxxxxxxxxx is made at amazon prime mem..." i was totally surprised as i was at my work place and did not make any on line transaction and certainly not an overseas transaction using usd. I realised my card was hacked to make illegal transaction and immediately blocked my card which was confirmed by icici bank. I then contacted consumer complaint redresses dept and lodged the complaint. I was advised to with hold payment till the matter is resolved.
Would request you to look into the matter asap and do the needful.

    Dear team,

    I have written earlier as well.
    Credit card collections agents have landed up at my permanent address and misbehaved with my mother despite me telling them that i intend to settle the dues. They have revealed information on pending amount as well which is breach of your policy. I have been using the savings account for four years now and this service is not expected from your bank.
    As i lost my father - the only earning member as my younger brother and mother were dependant on him, i had to quit my job in pune and relocate to delhi. Joined a startup as i needed a job quickly - there were salary issues for three months so i joined another organisation in march this year.
    I was hospitalized and diagnosed with pneumonia and typhoid with a bill of over one lakh. I expect you to understand my situation as i am still facing financial stability issues.
    Request you to waive off as much amount as possible and i intend to setlle the remaining within the next four months as emis.

    Looking forward to a response as my earlier email went unanswered.

    How could you close this complaint as resolved?
    I was given a settlement offer and the agent`s contact number is unavailable when i try to call. no one in the bank knows about the settlement discussion. It was agreed to settle at an amount of 33600. The EMI had to get deducted for 6 months from August which is 5600 monthly. However my account balance is in negative this month. What the hell are you people upto.
    Your agent calls and discusses a solution and no one knows. I still get collection calls and I tell people that settlement is agreed from gust for 6 months. And you bring my savings account balance to minus 23000.

      Today i got a call from [protected] stating that the call is from icici bank head office. She told that my card is going to get replaced by a new card. Then she started asking for details of my current card like expiry date, cvv etc. When i confronted and told that i'll complain to the poilce, she told that police can do nothing and started abusing. Please look into the matter as this has become a regular affair.

        Hello,
        I haven't subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for
        Bil/[protected]/mm annual fee apr17 - mar19/117214 dr.345.00 on 26/04/2017 got deducted.
        And this has been going on since 2015. I have come to realize now that it is something i haven't subscribed.
        And my internet banking account also does't show the subscription. Customer care service is a waste of time as they never pick up the phone.
        I think the next option should be to close such account.

          I was trying to book a ticket from
          Yesvantpur jn (Ypr) to brahmapur (Bam) in
          Train no./name: 22888/humsafar exp on 15-may-2017 through irctc rail ticketing section of icicibank.com.

          Rs 3570.00 /- deducted from my account but the transaction status shows payment failed in irctc where as icici says it is successful at their end.

          Irctc confirmed that they did not receive the money still icici is not able to resolve my issue. What can i do further to get my money?

          The money usually comes back within 3 working days if i would have directly book from irctc. But it seems as i booked through their portal they deny to give any update at their end. It is 25 days since the failed transaction. I have wrote several e-mails to irctc as well as to icici, but i didn't get any update regarding my payment. It is highly disappointing to see icici has such poor customer support. I almost tried calling every other day to the customer care, but every time they decline my service requests at their end.

          Please give a response to my registered e-mail about the issue.

            Hi,
            I am sheethal j r. On 18-jan-2017 i received an email from icici bank stating that there is an offer for killer jeans time wear.
            It was just to pay shipping charges 349/- to get a killers watch from this website http://www.killerjeans.com/icicinetbanking/.
            I debited 349/- amount from same icici debit card & immediately i received an email from killers jeans.
            The email stated :

            Dear sheethal jr,

            Thank you for your order from http://www.killerjeans.com

            Order date : 29/01/2017 08:47:02

            Its been 5 months and inspite of calling to the above number there is no response. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

              My name is pasha and i'm holding a savings account in icici bank for the past 5 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that 105 times i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 28.75 each

              I have not used my card for more than 6 months.

              Infact all these crept up after 23rd may 2017, even though i had filed a complaint for lost card and blocked my card on the 18th may 2017.

              I am a lawyer and a blogger. I am not going to rest. I will go to court if i have to for this.

              Unauthorized and illegitimate charge that too 105 times, is ridiculous!!!

              Correction :

              The last time I used my card was on 4th March 2017, I havent used my card ever since!

              The charges have started showing up since 23rd May 2017!

              I blocked my card after losing it on 18th May 2017!

              I still cant believe being charged more than 100 times!

                While making payment for math reappear exam in secretary board of school education haryana bhiwani secondary after done transaction we got error screen but amount was debited from my account.                   Entire my salary was deduced without my authorization of amounts.

                  I have sent a mail honestly from my side but how can credit card department deduct entire my salary by making 0 balance - please check my track from[protected] onwards with icici bank.

                  Last month below amounts are deducted and in similar lines i asked to deduct respective amounts and no where i have mentioned any amounts but they have deducted entire my salary:

                  — how i will run my with housing loan and personal loan and children education fees as schools are starting this month?

                  Even that credit card collection team has not contacted in turn i honestly contacted them several times all evidences are my mobile calls to them.

                  Home loan - 30, 000/-
                  Personal loan - 10, 000/-
                  School fees - 20, 000/-
                  Kindly help me to reverse back remaining amount on priority because all my ecs are going to fail.

                  Your credit card department manager knows my situation and i honestly deposited my cheque in icici bank to remove lien mark.

                  Please deduct 20, 000/- (10, 000 + 5000 + 5000) for all 3 cards.

                  Kindly help me in this regard.

                    I am Chhotan Giri. I am purchased an Apple I phone from apple Store on 03/03/2017. And received a cash back offer with written in my payment slip that " you are entitled for a cash back of Rs.5000/- it will be posted in your account within 90 days."... But after 90 days I not get my cash back in my bank account. When i submit a service request in ICICI bank customar care after 3 days they ask me to send my payment receipt with offer details...Instant i send my details to customar.[protected]@icicibank.com.. But after 6 days my request was closed without any confirmation or email or any messages or any remarks.. When I cantact with customar care they told me that no offer found ...what can i do now???

                      Service request no sr[protected] dt 23.5.2017 still not attended to.

                      Details of complaint: i added a beneficiary online with a wrong icici bank a/c no, which was "successfully added" by the net banking system, after 30 mnts. Although it was a typographical error on my part, the system should have prompted me that the name and a/c no do not match and that it should not have added the beneficiary with a wrong a/c no. The system prompted me that the beneficiary was added successfully and that i could transfer funds after 30 minutes. I, later, transferred an amount rs 18, 640/- to this "beneficiary" on 15.5.2017. After realising this error, i immediately contacted our main branch at bund garden on 16.5.2017 and submitted a request to rectify the error and reverse the transfer and credit my account.

                      i have also submitted a letter to my branch at kalyaninagar with a similar request and also to modify your system to incorporate the matching of name and a/c no of beneficiary in case of icici bank accounts also.

                      later i visited the bund garden branch twice to follow up the matter but learned that no action is taken so far as well as no service request was raised by the branch even after one week.
                      I submitted a complaint thru grievance option of the site which has replied to me on three occasions that the problem will be resolved in 2 working days. But so far no action has been taken

                        There're multiple (More than 10 times) unnecessary charges of 28.75 rs.in my savings account in icici bank. I tried solving the problem by mailing icici bank but of no avail.

                        It's a serious issue as many others have also faced the similar issue.in the comments section in the page http://apnaplan.com/do-you-know-posdec-chg-in-icici-bank-statement/, it can be seen that it's a very common cheat icici bank is using to defraud the customers.

                        Kindly solve the problem and provide the solution at earliest so that we don't need to waste our time over such unnecessary issues.

                            The ITR cheque sent initially by ICICI was on a wrong bank account so I sent required docs for the current account on 18/5/17. Was told will get the new cheque within 10 days. The customer care numbers are good for nothing and not once does anyone answer. There is absolutely no one whom I can address my issue to. So much struggle for my own money! I mean I sent all documents properly, organised. Yet this company is so careless and sends cheques on an old account plus old postal address. I've been struggling to get my own money since March. So many emails so many calls which ofcourse goes unanswered! I wish I could complain to the finance minister or someone.

                              My name is nirav sheth. I have my salary account at icici bank, race course, vadodara. Account number :[protected].

                              I got many problem from icici bank pay back card.
                              1. I got very late delivery of pay back card.
                              2. Pin number is given very late for pay back card.
                              3. Email and phone number is not updated in system.
                              4. Pay back points are not added for gold loan, which is taken before 5 months.

                              Need your support.

                                I would like to cancel my credit card [protected].

                                I raised a request last week. But it was closed. I need to cancel it.. So i have raised a request now. Number is sr[protected]. Please proceed it and close my card.

                                I am not happy with credit card service. I am not getting any message alerts properly. Even if i remember and pay the bill then bank rejects it and finally i am getting a add on amount to my bill as late payment charges.

                                Even now i have raised sr last week. But without any message or mail alert the request was cancelled.

                                I don't want to continue the card anymore. Please proceed my cc cancellation request.

                                  ICICI Bank — Dp charges fraud from icici bank

                                  I have a demat account in icici bank for almost 10 years from now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till mar-17' — inr 546.76'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered...
