[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Refund not credited to my account

I cancelled the order on jabong.com and refund was initiated by jabong through payubiz gateway on 6 dec 2016 and as they sent me the mail which shows that the order was success with arn: 74332746342634186761537 and request id: 36409401. I have been waiting for long time but still the amount is not credited to my account. Can you please help me with this...
