[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — refund not done

Paid for a bus ticket through red bus app using icici net banking but the ticket got cancelled while the amount got debited from my account. Got a message from red bus that refund will be done within 5-7 days, but there was none. So i contacted redbus and they told me to ask my bank. But no reply from icici regarding this refund, customer care put me for 20 minutes on hold and no reply at all. It's been 2 months now.
