ICICI Bank — Refund Not Received | |||
Hi, Its been almost 4 months gone and the query regarding my CASHBACK against card number ending with (8017) is still pending. I called multiple times and had a word with CSE and also with Manager. But till date no such resolution received. Below is the whole scenario; It's a very BAD EXPERIENCE AND AWFUL PATHETIC SUPPORT from the Credit Team. I was going through my multiple previous statements, wherein I found a discrepancy regarding my credit of REWARD POINTS into my Amazon Pay Balance. I called to customer care, SR[protected] raised on 23rd October, 2022. In return I got a reply from concerned team, stating that the balance of reward points will be adjusted in upcoming billing cycle, but it is not done. Even I have been informed that the concerned team will be looking to all my previous statements and will be crediting the reward points as per the eligibility. The next bill was generated on 11th November, 2022, but in this bill also the reward points are not adjusted neither I received the actual reward points as well, as per the bill amount. So I called again on 13th November, 2022. I connected to CSE Akansha, I told her to ask the details properly to the respected senior, instead of that, she transferred me back to IVR. Later, I connected to JC a CSE, she was arguing with me and not transferring the line to FLOOR MANAGER, then she transferred the line to VIJAY. I was talking to him, and the line got disconnected, but he didn't called me back. Again I called to Customer care and line got connected to CSE and then I got transferred to Hemant Kumar Das, I was sharing my issue, and again the line got disconnected, and again no call back received from him. So again, I called to Customer care, I landed to CSE and then to FLOOR MANAGER VIDHYA. I shared the whole senero, she raised the ticket (SR[protected], I have been informed that the needful will be done and also the call back will be initiated from a senior of a concerned team, but this TIME also it FAILED. THIS SHOWS HOW YOUR PEOPLE ARE COMMITTED TOWARDS WORK AND SUPPORT. SUCH AN AWFUL PATHETIC SUPPORT I HAVE EXPERIENCED FROM A WELL KNOWN BANK BRAND. Today again I called and it landed to CSE Gaurav, he was not listening to me properly and keeping me interrupted in between. Is this is how you Train your Team member's. Later as per my request he transferred me to his Floor Manager PRIYA, she listened to me and raised a ticket (SR[protected]. I WANT YOU TO GO THROUGH MY LAST "ONE YEAR" STATEMENTS AND HELP ME THE ACTUAL ADJUSTMENT OF MY REWARD POINTS THAT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED AS PER THE ELIGIBILITY. Before replying me, go through the previous talks, statements and mail in/out from me and you, then reply properly. Don't give me such indigestible answers and don't ask me to elaborate the same, again. IF IT IS NOT DONE in a 2DAYS, I AM HEADING TO RBI OMBUDSMAN, STATING ABOUT YOUR SUPPORT, SERVICE AND NOT DELIVERING THE SAME ON TIME. EVERYTIME I GET AN REPLY STATING THAT HE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST, with NEW DATE. You can call me after 4.30 pm, if you would like to connect to me.
