I booked the ticket in 29th April through YATRA.COM AND made payment through ICICI BANK. Ticket not booked and also Yatra send me the refund details but till today I have not received the refund. ICICI BANK not taking any complaints. Kindly help Message from Yatra _________________ Refund of Rs. 19239.0 for Yatra Ref No.[protected] has been processed into your account against the bank refund reference number 75105172120001991631082. Your refund of INR 19239.00 has been processed from our end on 29 APR 2022 under bank reference number “ RRN: 75105172120001991631082”. We would request you to contact the grievance cell of your Bank through which the payment was done to Yatra.com. Please provide them the above mentioned number to check the refund status. Incase Bank confirms you that the payment has not been received or refund is not processed from Yatra.com, We would request you to please share the written communication with us to take it forward with the bank.
