ICICI Bank — Refund of Charges charged Wrongly | |
I paid my October'19 Bill on 2.11.2019 well before the due date on 5.11.2019 from my SB Account with ICICI Bank itself. The amount was credited by the Bank elsewhere and on my complaint corrected it by crediting the Credit Card Account on 13.11.2019. But the system charged Late fee charges on 8.11.2019 (885/-) and Interest (4021/39-) on 28.11.2019 in the next Bill for November'19. On my various request e-mails, I have been being replied that because of the COVID there may be delay in resolving of the matter and now on my contact over phone yesterday icici bank has expressed its inability to do anything because the matter is of more than 6 months old. The refundable amount is 4906/39-(885+4021.39) (dated 29.01.2021) We regret the inconvenience caused. We request you to email us your concern with your contact details on [protected]@icicibank.com. Please mention the UID (a1bchk) in the subject line of your email. Our official will assist you. (Reply dated 31.01.2021) But I am again denied.
