ICICI Bank — Refund o[censored]nsuccessful transaction

I was doing a payment through through eazypay portal on 6th March to pay my exam fee. The upi transaction was successful in paytm but it was not processed in the eazypay portal. I mailed to them but did not get any satisfactory response . Later on 12th march they said the had transferred the money to a bank account . But i asked for the refund already paid the exam fee before that. Now i want refund of my money as soon as possible .

Updated by Chhavi100 I got the same reply that your balance has been transferred to beneficiary account. But asked for want refund of my money. I request you to please provide mobile number of your executive /customer care.
