Iam ramyadevi from chennai. I have ordered an travel bag worth rs.2599 in flipkart, through my credit card with the following number "but due to non-availability of stock the order got cancelled and they sent a message as"we will refund your money to your account on nov-01-2017". Hi,
I have a complain about my top which i ordered it from Amazon online shopping and that top got cancelled and got a mail from Amazon that contact your bank cusomer care with refund reference number[protected].
But i haven't received my money even after 2-3 months.

Now they have charged 177 under this category DCARDFEE2313SEP17-AUG8+GST
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing to us

After trying to reach out to you in every possible way, I am writing this, completely disheartened with your services.
I ordered a product from Myntra, cancelled it and while Myntra has issued refund and provided me with adequate details, I still haven’t received my refund.
I fail to understand why.
