imps fund transfer

I did an imps transaction with imps tnx ref[protected] for rs 12, 000/- on 16th october.

The money got debited from my account, however it did not get credited to the beneficiary's account and i got an sms saying "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.12, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 16-oct-2017 14:49:28. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days"...

recover my amount for wrong deposit

Have done the transaction using payzapp to transfer 1400 rs got transferred in wrong account have tried to contact my branch they have said visit nearest bank branch to file the complaint have done the same but again the branch workers called me and saying this should be done through phone banking officer only again i connected the call with pbo and made conference call both the employees making questions with them self they pbo telling this...

irctc tickets unable to book

surcharge mcc 5541 on debit card

Dear icici team,
My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

unauthorized transaction from icici savings account

On 16th october, 2017, at 2:30 am in the morning unauthorized transactions have been carried out from my icici bank savings account. The approximate amount of the fraud is 2600 inr.

No 3d pin or otp was used to carry out this transaction

I am looking forward to a refund of these transactions and would like to know how safe is it to use the bank services provided by icici bank....

I have a concern when i was making an online transaction through a debit card. Unfortunately, i had entered the 3d secure pin continuously wrong for three times. So, acc to icici bank norm's my debit card was blocked of making further online transactions. I have tried contacting icici bank through customer care number's but was not having a reliable response. Huge rant incoming, but i'm losing my mind and have absolutely no idea how to get icici bank to tell me anything more than 'under process'

I have been an icici bank account holder for as long as i can remember but events of the past week have made me doubt the banks in india and if they care about the consumer at all.

nios d. el. ed transaction failed

Sir, i make a payment to nios through icici payment gateway rs. 4500 on 25.09.2017 and again rs 4500 on 26.09.2017. But the transaction was failed due to network error. Both of times amount deducted from my account but the the amount was not credited on nios.

On last date i successfully make this payments again to confirm admission. Till bow i did not get the refund of my previous transactions (2 times).

icici credit card cancellation havoc

Till now i haven't used my card on a single day and still i am getting bills. I have called customer care service so many times to cancel my card but nobody responds or either call is disconnected in between. Nobody responds regarding this in branches also. Highly condemned behaviour.
I immediately want my credit card to be closed and no charges should be imposed on me.

fraudulent transaction in my credit card account

On[protected] at 4.36 am i got 2 messages stating that my credit card was used for two transactions each of cny 600.00 at www.steampowere. but i didnt use my card at all and debits were done without my consent. I didnt receive any otp alert. Witout any authorization the trasactions took place and my account was debited. The transactions were done in foreign currency and i'm in india.

Kindly arrange for reversal of the trasanctions...

recharge of amount 399 for jio

Sir/madam,

I tried to recharge my jio phone number via the bhim app ([protected]@upi) through [protected]@icici upi on 13th october 2017, 1:19 am.

The money was deducted from my bank account, however, it hasn't reached jio. I contacted the jio customer care and they confirmed that they haven't received the money.

Please refund the money back to my account. Else, i'll have to lodge a formal complaint...
