grid authentication disabled

I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried...

Hi Boss, Same amount has been deducted from card too on 6th Nov. The transaction pattern is same. @icici is not providing proper security. I recommend people to stop using ICICI Credit cards

      Dear sir,

      We have purchased two swipe machine from your company bearing mid [protected] with tid 88086885 and 88086884 on the name of shree udyog. We got this machine been installed in approx november month. And started the use of this machine from[protected].

      The person incharge i. E. Sales person who came to have a conversation for the machine told us that if we buy more then one machine we will come under the scheme of the co. Running i. E. No mfs/mdr upto transaction of rs. 4, 00, 000.00/=. Therefore we purchased two machines from you.

      But from the very first transaction we are been charged mfs/mdr. At the time when on the first transaction mfs was charged we had a conversation with the same person (The person who came to sale the machine), we were told that we will get a wave of mfs/mdr all at a time later on. But till today we have not got any reversal of the mfs/mdr

      We are continously following up regarding this matter from the company but till today we have not got any reply from them our 1st mail was sent to them on 14th august 1st reminder was done on 17th august second reminder on 19th august third reminder on 3rd october and forth reminder on 2nd november all the time we mail we get just one reply it will take time but finally the mail sent on 2nd november we didnt got any reply from them

      Please look into this matter and inform us regarding the same

          I went through a problem on august 28th when i tried to withdraw money in malaysia with my coral debit card and the money did not come out as the funds in the atm were not enough but i was charged for the amount. Just around 18000 rupees and icici bank said that the charge back will take 45 days and it has way more than 45 days and i have not received my money. I called every single day emailed icici but now i do not get any response. Icici bank is not returning my money. It was a huge emergency but they do not understand emergencies

            I have a saving account no[protected] in icici bank dehradun 2 branch. My correct name is kehar singh shilpkar however in the bank my name is kehar singh shilpakar. My aadhar card has not been updated due to name on the aadhaar does not match the saving account. I have reported the bank along with original copy of aadhaar card, pan card other documents for rectification minor mistake in the name. The bank denied and ask me to fill the form and submit the same alongwith gazette notification. To obtain the gazette notification is long process. Please let me know my further course of action. I have correctly filled up my name in saving account form at the time opening my saving account during 2013.

              Sir,

              I am holding below mentioned three accounts of my wife and kids with icici bank, which were transferred from icici bank danavaipeta branch, rajahmundry to icici bank ramnagar branch, visakhapatnam.

              Nidhi indoria[protected]
              Rohan indoria[protected]
              Rohan indoria[protected]

              The three accounts were having fds (Rs.5.00 lacs, 1.50 lcs & 1.50 lacs respectively) which were under auto renewal mode. The quarterly interest was not credited to all the three accounts since oct-2016. I have followed up the matter from pillar to post and finally the due interest amounts were credited to the corresponding accounts. I have also asked icici bank to furnish the details of the interest credited but did not get the same.

              On[protected] & 26/10/17 the below amounts were debited from the above three accounts.

              A/c no.[protected] of nidhi indoria
              Amount debited rs.1, 69, 374/- & rs.5, 766/- total = rs, 1, 75, 140/-
              A/c no.[protected] of rohan indoria
              Amount debited rs.31, 569/- & rs.4, 647/- total = rs. 32, 216/-
              A/c no.[protected] of nidhi indoria
              Amount debited rs.32, 010/- & rs.4, 615/- total = rs.36, 625/-

              I called up the customer care and also visited the branch in this regard. They told me that the amounts are being held towards tds on the fds. The same was not clear to me and the branch people as well. A total of rs.2, 32, 953/- was debited from the three accounts. I was told by the icici bank, ramnagar, visakhapatnam branch that the tds deducted is towards the fds and the fds were held at rajahmundry branch and are not transferred to visakhapatnam branch till date. The matter is still not fully resolved and the amounts for my kids accounts are reversed but still pending for my wife’s account. I have gone through a mental torture right from august till date and demand interest charges and compensation from icici bank.

                Hi, i am not sure why, when and where did the below transaction happen??

                Ep-17.

                As a result of which i had to pay 137 rs.

                Could you please clarify the same..

                Else i have to stop myself being a icici customer as its not advisable to deduct the money without any cause.

                    I am usha kumari. I have a salary account in icici bank, connaught place, new delhi branch my account number[protected]. Yesterday my company deposited rs.1850/- at icici bank, kolkata branch. The bank had deducted rs.150.00 as anw charges + cgst+ugst. I am surprised with this deduction. Why do you deducted this anw charges for a cash deposit and this is not the first time earlier in month of july, 17 they deducted rs. 249.5. Please look into the matter and revert that amount. I would not wish to continue with this bank if you cheat customers without prior intimation. Kindly address the same and revert back the amount at the earliest.

I keep on maintaining rs 1.5lakh balance to avoid nmmab charge. But again they have charges. Also, they are not providing any special services. Please don't open the current account with icici.                           While checking my icici account, i found that an amount of rs 354 has been deducted without my permission.
                          I have not subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for aug-17 to jul-18 354.00 rupees got deducted. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money. Details: 18/10/2017 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee aug17-jul18/130795

                          This is not expected. Being a customer of icici for more than 9 years now, i feel let down by such incidents.

                              On 9th oct 2017 the axis bank employee (Pavan) from bangalore mg road branch collected all my documents (Aadhaar, passport and pan card self attested photocopies) to open a salary account, promising the account will be activated by 12th oct, after one week i called him to check the status, he told itll be activated by the end of the day, such promises were made every time i called him and one day he told that i did not submit the aadhar card that is why there is a delay, i submitted the same and still the account has not been activated, and my salary is delayed because of this reason,

                                I would like to draw your kind notice towards a huge amount approx rupees 5500=00 charged as mab charges from my saving account no[protected].
                                While at the time of opening of this account the same condition have not been told. Keeping in the view of deduction of a huge bank charges it seems as here is not a good service in this bank in the comparison of other government banks.

                                  I have found cash debit amounting to rs.2805 from my sbi account no. [protected] in terms of illegal and invalid penalty. The loan installment set through ecs repayment mode from my sbi account no. Mentioned above started in the month of january 2017 and the repayment was made successfully through ecs in this first installment in jan2017. Then from february the ecs process failed and i made timely repayments through rtgs from my kottayam district co-operative bank account as i was asked to do so by the icici bank executives. I continued making the timely repayment through rtgs from kdcb till october2017. Fortunately, i came to know recently that icici bank has been charging a fine of rs.295 from july, august and october and debited rs.1920 in september from sbi account illegally without my knowledge. Since i have'nt failed to make the installment in time and had maintained sufficient balance in my account when ecs was in effect, there exists no valid reason to penalize my sbi sccount.
                                  I request immediate follow up from the bank executives on this issue to refund the amount of rs. 2805 into my sbi account asap.
                                  ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I raised several service requests to link my aadhar card number with my account number, through the option in net banking. The service request always gets closed, informing me that my date of birth as per the bank records does not match with my date of birth in my aadhar card. I could not get a customer care number to call to get my issue resolved.
                                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
