[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund time of debit card transaction

I Have Paid RS 51601.80 through my ICICI debit card for My college Fees via IOB Pay on 11th June 2018. The Transaction failed but my Money got debited .
I Have made a complaint on the same day . They are casually saying it will take upto 35 days or even more to refund. When I contacted IOB PAY Customer Care they said they didn't receive the amount and its still with my bank..

I Request to refund as soon as possible
