ICICI Bank — Reg: For activation of Internet Banking

I have a saving bank account in ICICI Bank No.[protected]. I have lodged a request on 20.05.14 and 22.05.14 for activation Internet Banking but it is very sorry to say that still my account Internet Banking is not activate.
