[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding a service provider

The chronology of complaint is
1. I received call, on office phone, from one M/S Sanjana number [protected] stating that
ICICI bank credit card if offered to Essar employees and need documents.
On my explanation that I cannot give salary statement she asked if I use any other credit card
On giving information that I use Citi bank credit card –she requested for that statement and Pan and Passport copy
2. I sent them documents to following mail

Subject: CC statements for ICICI bank credit card
Statements as desired by you

3. Next she sent one Mr Akshay Salunke
4. I met one Akshay Salunkhe t. no [protected] on 29th July and filled application form no W[protected]
5. Mr. Akshay advised that one Mr Ganesh is their head
When contacted for follow-up there is no response from both numbers and they disconnect the phone
Please arrange to get it checked if the above service providers are registered and documents given are safe
Please also check reasons for the response
