ICICI Bank — Regarding ATM Card | |
Dear ICICI Team,
This is to inform you, I am Aananth ( Anaanth in Account Name), a Saving Bank Account holder No[protected] had Applied for an New ATM card (Due to Lost my Card) on 24 Aug'15 at ICICI Ravipuram, Cochin ( kerala) Branch. I had Meet Mr.Tony (Deputy Branch Manager) & Ms.shanthi ( CSM), advised to submit the Application & assured the New ATM Card will be Arranged Within One Week (Max).there after frequent followup was done with Mr.Tony for the status regularly after 02 Days intervals, but there was no positive reply & was told that the New ATM is in Transit from your Home branch ( Poonamalle) and will be updated to you personally on Call.which was given on the form, but all was in vain .Now again after frequent visit to Ravipuram, Cochin Branch, One Of the Staff told the Application form was not Reachable &again we need to fill up a fresh Application Form. but i am not ready Re-submit the Application form Since Already 20 Days Over. I am not Wait More Again 20 days.as you can understand our pathetic condition & frequent follow-ups to run hitherto was in vain with ICICI Ravipuram, Cochin(Kerala) branch feedback very poor & unsatisfactory, also heavy loss of time & money …
