[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding credit card Bill | |||
Hi Team, I tried contacting ICICI bank via customer care but its of no use. My name is Sonal Jaiswal and i had been given a ICICI credit card by ICICI bank two months back saying that you are the employee of Zensar Technology LTD so this card is free for you and also took my documents. I have not used the card yet but still they are sending me the reminder msgs to pay the bill of Rs 1169.06 but as i have not used my credit card any time so why would i pay. i am trying to know email id of customer care of icici bank but could not..
my trying customer care number, lot of time is wasted. they never give connection to customer care team member.since 2 months i am not getting the monthly statements.
i am receiving sms messages stating it is deliverd through speed mail.
