[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — regarding credit card document collection

Some icici bank person called me regarding credit card they took all the document, they collected document one week ago. Now im trying to call those people they are not responding after i told my name they are disconnecting call is this way of handle customer they don't have small sense to respond to to call. Disconnecting customer call not a rigt way its show the how bad your bank employee. If its rejected they should send mail back instead of that rejecting call is not way..
