ICICI Bank — Regarding credit card fraud

I have applied for credit card limit improvement of icici bank. then on 7th sept someone is called me and told that we can increase your limit, through call only some how he did unauthorised transactions from my credit card of 96500 rupees. i have raised a complaint againt this dispute to bank and cybercrime as well with all necessary documents on 12th of sept 2025. and recently i got acknowledgement from bank and they have conclude this transactions are authorised even though it was not.now they are telling to pay these disputed amount which i unable. and they are not giving evidence as well though which it can prove authorised. and cuber cell investigation officer is not taking interest to resolve my problem. so i am accepting help from court to look into it and help me out. pls. replay me as early as possible.
