[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding deduction of amount

I would like to bring to your notice that the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th aug, 2022. Could you please assist me regarding this. Aug 29, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved it was from audibles not a bank issue ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

There is no reason why there has been this deduction out of my savings account. This is a very difficult situation for me and every rupee is very important. How can you guys take the money from the savings account without any notice. This is unlawful. Please check and refund my money ASAP
