Sir, On September 4th 2020, I made transaction of 5000 rupees from my account but transaction got failed/timed out at payee end(NPS) and amount got debited from my account- Account No[protected] Branch Location- Nehru Place, New Delhi Transaction ID- [protected] I want transaction to be reversed/amount to be credited into my account as soon as possible else I will approach consumer court.
