[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — regarding gift card

Hello sir,

I am chasing your team from past 35 days but i am not getting any response from your side, i had ordered a phone on mi website on 12th oct and cancelled same time due to some reason and mi refunded same on 14th october with reference number r n[protected], but icici team is not able to refund me same or load same amount in my prepaid card, i and my wife is very much frustrated with the behavior of icici team, while we sent all details in mail they wants same details again and again.

ICICI is totally fraud, no one contacted till date I had mailed more then 20 times talk to ICICI customer care several times but they all are cheaters
