ICICI Bank — regarding my rd account no[protected]

I have received msgs on my registered cell no regarding non deduction of monthly amount, whereas it is a auto debit account & on 25/09/2017 amount has been deducted. Pl clarify

Also it is mentioned that penalty will be charged for same reason i wish to get clear whether it is fake msgs or any mishap by icici bank
