I have a credit card of your bank since 15 years..I was unable to make the due payment in the month of November due to demonetisation... I called customer care and let Mr. Vijay (sr. executive in customer support) know all the difficulties, I was facing to pay the amount due to a long que in the banks and I requested to give me some grace period and wave off the late fine and interest.. he told me to call in the month of December on or before the due date of the payment for waving off.. Reference no. of the same is SR[protected]
In December I got a call from customer care to make the payment.. I let Mr. Dinesh ( customer care executive)know all the conversation I had with Mr. Vijay, he told me to pay the whole amount, it was 19, 845/- and he promised me, my all late fine and interest would be waved off after making the payment of Rs. 19845/-
Instantly I made a cheque payment of 19845/-
Now I got a new statement from your bank and its showing the total amount due is 3697.52/-and the due date is 23 of Jan 2017..
Kindly see into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible..
