[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — regarding payment failed issue

I have recharged my jio no from my jio app via upi id. Amount have been debited from the account but the recharge was unsuccessful. Also the refund has not been done. I have recharged through the bhim app and the transaction id is[protected] on 11feb. 2018 at 7:43pm. My upi id is [protected]@upi. Kindly refund the debited amount. Below is attached file of bhim upi transaction reference and sbi customer service reference.
