[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding to renewal of my credit card | |||||
I am a holder of icici bank business card no. 4132 ×××× ×××× 1018 the validity which has been expired last month of March I have been received the new pin a month ago but haven't received the new card yet, when enquired at the nearest bank branch they insisted me to call customer care for the present status of my card. Even though I tried calling, it was of no use for me as I didnt get any solution for my quarie . This inconvenience has led me to many consequences n has made my business transaction difficult I request you to look into my matter and plz take further action and try solving my problem at the earliest So I am not inconvenienced anymore I will be thankful to you Yours sincerely Govardhan shetty Was this information helpful? | |||||
