[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Reissue of atm card | |||||
Due to some security reason i blocked my card but your officials blocked it on permanently basis and reissue the same card on same date. On 13th of june and reissue a new card. But till the date i only have the "delivery in process" status. But your officials told me that i will receive card within 5 working days. Its my salary account ad all my funds are sucked in this account. Without atm card i cant able to call customer care, i cant able to do the online transaction too. So how do i made a transaction from my account as it is my salary account. Its more than 5 days and i don't know what is the status of my card. This is the worst service i ever faced, even government bank provides much better service than you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
