Hi this is Shince Paul have taken loan from icicibank or have a/c for more than 12 yrs and had taken loan for 10 lacs at that time which i fully paid with in 7 yrs and than i i had taken morgage loan on the same property for 13 lacs 4 years back were in i regularly make part payment and now as of today the principle amount is 7.80lacs...i got from icicibank saying u can take top up on the loan, so i did contacted vashi branch for the top up in the first week of feb gave all the documents.( asking to top up for 4 or 5 lacs).
After many days with no reply from the person name vijay and his boss, i tried contacting than were in i got to know that my request is rejected...so my next question was what was the reason for the rejection and i did not get any answer from the boss saying u will get the letter for it...
which after 10 days i got it in plan white sheet saying we are rejecting the request with no reason on...( Let me also draw your attention to the point that i have never had credit card or any bounce cheque or any loans that i have taken apart with this 2 loans with icici...my credit rating is very good as that is why i got the loan 12 yrs back and 4 yrs back)
I did not get the reason why it was rejected even going personally to vashi branch were i spoke to very good lady who try to call 5 to 6 different people of that branch to get the reason with no help .
My loan no : LBMUM[protected].
If after 12 years u think that my salary is less for that u should say that or if my home which current market value is 1.20Cr if that is less or in 12 years i have no bounce chqeue is that what is the problem plus the rate of interest i was paying was 14% which is come down to i guess 12.85% were in the new cust are getting it for less that 11% so u are not giving the new rates to me because m with u for so long and also have is the salary a/c with your bank and working with the same company for 12 plus years is that my problem PL do let me know the reason ASAP.(Mob no [protected])
