[Resolved] ICICI Bank — removal of lien icici savings account

I have savings account in icici and the bank deducted amount as lien from my salary and after repayment. They did not even respond and taking long time to remove lien and release the lien to my account. So i had to pay twice. Once by paying manually and as part of lien they deduct from my account. I have applied for fastag and received customer id and got activated but still now not received fastag to my communication address and I couldn’t reach your customer care executive through the phone please look into the issue and solve it

Hi Team,
Rs. 1899/- is deducted from my ICICI bank account. It happened today, 4th Dec 2019.
There was no notification and purpose defined by ICICI bank before deducting the money. I need the refund as early as possible.

Dear ICICI Bank I'm totally disappointed as I was facing too much financial challenge to survive in such situation that made me unable to make credit card payment I got to see that I made transactions of INR 20000 & finally got to pay INR 26450 including late payment charges today I decided to make minimum payment of INR 9360 & transferred same to my ICICI account to make credit card payment I found a deduction of INR 5410 this is completely unfortunate for me even to trust it took me very hard to earn this money I request yo to reimburse INR 5410 so that I can process with my credit card debts else I would never be able to pay bill.
