[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Request for closing of credit card / settlement

As I am having credit card for long period. No default payments. Due to flood in Chennai in the month of December 2015 I lost my house and house hold things. Hence I am unable to continue my credit card, this i explained to customer care from the December month onwards but they are not considering/responding. I humbly request to give some waiver on my credit card / Settlement so I will clear in one single payment. Please help me. I have closed other Bank credit card like SBI & Axis after waiver. Once again I humbly request to help me in this regard at the earliest because interest charges will suit up. Please please consider this request. My contact no.[protected].
