I am Radhesh S/o. Amar Kumar, residing at 45/100 Quatres, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Delhi Gate, Near DR Ambedkar Terminal, Delhi - 110002.

After reviewing my CIBIL report I found a Wrong Loan account of ICICI Bank Personal Loan (A/c.- LIDEL[protected]), I had Complaint to ICICI Bank that this ICICI Bank loan account is not mine and ICICI Bank is saying that it does not have any data regarding this loan account and that this is not my loan account because it is a wrong loan record that is appearing only in my CIBIL report. After my complaint and after verifying ICICI Bank them self that this loan account is not mine and it is appearing in my report by mistake, ICICI Bank still is not removing this wrong loan from my CIBIL report, and its outstanding amount is being increased, which is causing me a lot of trouble due to which I am unable to take a loan for my daughter’s wedding. My daughter’s wedding is this month in February, and for this reason, I am extremely stressed both mentally and financially. Due to this, I have already incurred an expense of around 200, 000 and I need compensation for this from CIBIL and ICICI Bank.

I am requesting that this wrong loan account be removed from my CIBIL report as soon as possible and that my updated report be sent to my email as well.
