ICICI Bank — Resolved DMC DP charges

I have only a savings account with ICICI bank. I never opened nor gave my details for Demat Account with ICICI.

Why this DMC Dp charges Rs826 or more are deducting from the bank account xxxx073 without my knowledge and permission. I didn't receive any sms alert for DMC DP charges. I saw the statement DMC DP charges debited Amt. 826 on 27 October 2021/2022

Please do the needful and generate the refund of all transactions.
