IAM USING YOUR CARD SINCE 2002. NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM ALL THESE YEARS. SUDDENLY COMMUNICATATION STOPPED FROM ICICI BANK FROM APRIL 2014 TO JUNE 2014. HENCE I HAVE STARTED INTERACTING WIHT CC TO VARIOUS TEAMS. PLS. GO THRU ALL THE EMAILS/CORRESPONDENCE FROM JUNE 2014 ONWORDS. POST THAT INVESTIGATE AND RETURN PAYBACK POINTS TO CLOSE THIS TRANSACTION. FROM [protected]@REDIFFMAIL.COM to [protected]@icicibank.com, customer.[protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com PAYBACK POINTS EXISTING IN MY A/C. AS ON JUNE 2014. IT WAS TAKEN BACK BY ICICI BANK WITHOUT STATING ANY REASON OR ANY COMMUNICATION. I HAVE BEEN ESCALATING & IN TOUCH WITH VARIOUS TEAMS OF ICICI BANK TO RETURN OF MY 15476 PAYBACK POINTS. ISSUE STILL CONTINUING POINTS WERE NOT RETURNED. HERE ARE THE EMAIL COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR TEAM SINCE JUNE 2014. HAVE A LOOK AT BELOW EMAIL ID'S FOR SERIES OF EMAILS. STILL ICICI BANK NOT YET RETURNED PAYBACK POINTS. HOW LONG AND HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO COMPLIANT WITH VAROUS TEAMS OF ICICI BANK.

I had been using ICICI Bank Credit card before 2013 and after one dispute on the card I got my card terminated permanently after clearing all dues.
Now in 2015 I started getting mails & message for amount due on ICICI bank credit card which actually doesn't exist now and terminated permanently in 2013.
I wrote from [protected]@rediffmail.com to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com, they told me that the amount is due for one Payback redemption which I had done in December 2014 from my Payback card as redemption charges are applicable on all redemption done after December 2014 due to change in redemption policy.
Now my question is why I was not communicated about this redemption charges before even at the time of redemption and how come they levied the charges on ICICI bank credit card which actually doesn't exist now. There is no way to make this payment logically, legally even practically as how come one can make payment to credit card account which actually doesn't exist.
