[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Reversal Amount | |||||
Date - 3rd April 2017 I had done a transaction with Mothercare [DLF mall, Noida] The cashier swiped 119800.00 instead of 1198.00 mistakenly. They had void the sale and I have also received an intimation on this from HDFC [Their Bank]. I have been following up on this with ICICI but there is no concrete response. The amount is not small and requires immediate action or else some ETA. I am in lot of mental pressure and want some action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
