[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Reversal of Late Payment fee

Ref : My ICICI credit card no : [protected] Dear Sir, I have given enough detail of why I didnt pay the late payment fee. Once again I remind you that I didnt get the statement of my card for the month of January 2015 by courier, I came to know of my outstanding though sms. Even then I dropped the cheque at the ICICI Head office in Ambattur Industrial Estate on 14th of January. Last month I have enclosed a letter with my cheque explaining all the details in it. But instead of deducting the late payment fee and interest amount you have included the same in the statement of March. I once again request you to deduct the late payment fee and interest amount mentioned in the statement of March 2015. My card is blocked now, so I request you to issue a new card at the earliest and deduct the late payment fee and interest amount. Thanking you Your's faithfully C.B.Pradeep
