[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Reversal of payment
I am account holder of icici branch, phase 5, mohali. i made a transaction of 50, 000 on december, 2021 by mistake in someone else account through imps. and raised the complaint within half an hour of the transaction. its been more than 23 days and i am still waiting., y complaint number is SR[protected]. I regret being a part of this bank. they always charges high amount for every service even when their services are zero

bank is asking me to wait for 40 days as the payment has been done through imps.. but what i am asking in every mail is where the procedure went between these 24 days? what have you done on these 24 days. bank is not calling me.. i am calling to customer care every day..i am the one who is mailing them.. email id is [email protected] i am mentally getting harrassed... i have made an transaction of 50, 000 by mistake not even branch manager and branch emplyees have helped or called
