I have loan in icici bank on creditcard. And also have salary account from last 16 years. I paid all valid charges till today to icici but now this incident is very much harassed to me.
I found that icici bank is starting his monopoly in banking sector and unwanted harassed to customer.
Please understand points below
(1) when i called to bank its not connect in hour, i need to try so many times for connect
(2) call center executive consoled & committed me for not charge any amount because of due date comes on sunday & bank charged auto debit charges
(3) i paid installment within half an hour after talk with call center executive even though amount not reflect in correct account due to technical issue in bank website
(4) bank charging me lpc charge also
Total 900 rs. Charged even after commitment with call center executive and now when i complaint same then bank wrote me mail of threatening that "i was agreed to abide by the terms and conditions, governing the usage of the card and assured to make payments regularly to the bank"
I paid all outstanding on monday 25th july. Even though bank is calling to me for payment and harassing me.
Sir i want reversal of charges because in this case not found my mistake. And also want compensation as i lost my time to followith bank. And icici to have ones way. Consumer court can ask icici bank for recording in which executive accepted for not charged any amount. Was this information helpful? |
