[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — reward points redemption fees

I have already dropped complaint but there was no positive response from your team. till now icici has charged me rs 231 and not have credited points worth rs 100 in my account.so this is not reward benefit which is provided to customer and you don't have rights to charge customer for service which you are not providing.
