reward points redemption fees

Hi. I have payback card which is by default linked to my icici bank salary account. Iearned hardly any points from transaction done from icici debit card but they charged me rs 30 for redemption of points. Even if i redeem points which are earned from other payback partner like bookmyshow or food bazaar they charged fees. If you have earned rs 2 from debit card transactin in a month they will charge rs 30. So this is not reward for cuatomer...

My account has been debited 7 times this month, first two deduction was on 3-11, and last was on 29-11. Which is total amount of 1770. And 1 time in last month which is amount of 413 i never recieved any text msges for any of these deduction, what are these charges. Trying to connect couster care but proper response, from other side, highly frustrated with this type of behavior from name icici bank. Kidly explain.

    I was fighting with icici lombard, they have initiated with some policy on my credit card for which i didnt receive any document and even i didnt sign any document, still they have started the policy. When i asked to icici phone banking, my credit card is blocked due to balance payment, then how come this transaction is done, the reply was not proper. Even they are ready to share icici customer number properly. Such is the service from which i am suffering. With out my confirmation without my acknowledgement, how come such policies are initiated? This icici group is bluffing customers and increasing their incoming. It is really a harassment, even not able to give proper solution.

      I am an icici bank customer. Today 29-10-18 ecsrtnchg charged 175 rupees. I have know about this type charges and not any call receive about this subject. I am old customer for this bank with same account. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Please be cooperate as per friend and refund my money.

        I made a online payment just previous day of generating my monthly credit card bill and very next day of online purchase / same day of bill generation i cancelled that order so i got refund of that cancelled order in next 3rd day of cancellation and till the due date of my credit card bill there were no pending payment as it was showing on icici imobile app so i didnt pay any amount but bank charged late payment fees on my card, i have this icici credit card from past more than a year and every time i paid my credit card bill on time even always before 10-15 days of due date and i called icici customer care and asked to waive of my this late payment charges (Which was no any payment i had to paid) but they didn't respond positively even i asked them should i surrender my card? Their clear answer was yes sir you can after payment of all dues, they have no problem.

          This is jyothi from hyderabad.in my icici savings account on 26/11/2018 smab charges 565/- and igst charges of 101.70/- was deducted. I am using this service from past 3 years. This was unfair that deducting money from account with several reasons and posting some extra charges. Please resolve this issue and please credit that money back to my account.

            Dear Team,

            I have a zero balance salary account of ICICI. And company deducted almost 570 rupees as SMAB charges. Company at least should informed to customer to carry on or close the account if we are getting charges on that. I was continuing this account because it was zero balance but now company is deducting charges. Kindly do the needful for refund.

                    I have a demat account in icici bank for 9 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct18 — inr 826. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                       I hold a icici credit card. On 02.11.2018 i checked my credit card on icici i mobile application that i have still have around rs.99000 in my credit card that i can use and subsequently i made a payment of rs.95580 and i got the msg that i have around rs. 3500 still in my credit card. But what shocked me is the statment that i received on 23.11.2018 in which they have levied overlimit charges of rs. 2139 + gst because one of the payment that was made in last month have been added to the bill due to which limit exceeded even though i didn't made any transaction after 02/11/2018. Its really pathetic that i'm charged even when there is no fault of mine.
                      I have contacted icici customer care i got reply its against the bank policy to reverse any charge what so ever. This was rude and hurtful this was misunderstanding.

                      I have never went over limit before or never have any late payment record. I made the payments on time and correctly.

                      So i kindly request you to reverse the over limit fee as first and final time courtesy.

                          Its been 2 months plus... I m roaming for no reasons to near al d branches of icici...                             I recharged my Jio number on 27th Nov, 18 and I did not get the recharge done on my phone. I am not able to attach a screenshot for some reason. Please refund my amount. I see the same issue everywhere in internet. Being fraudulent so publicly and no actions taken at all too. Looks rediculous with big names added up like ICICI and Jio. Solve this at earliest

                              Recently, i opened a women's advantage account on 9th nov, where in the icici official ms. Ashiya herself came to my home to open it. She told that the account would get converted to zero balance account if we opt for rs.3000 sip which i did promptly. After opening of account, the bank deducted rs.177 as dcardfee0955nov18-oct19+gst on 27th nov. They should have told me about the deduction which is very unprofessional on their part. Please have the amount reimbursed immediately and also let us know of any deduction before hand.

                                    I have no current, outstanding loan with ICICI on my name.

                                    I am getting calls stating a acquaintances is taken loan and given your reference. I have no connection with the person.

                                    I have not signed or given any of my documents here still i getting call on my personal number and now on my office number too.

                                    If i have not signed any document how m i getting these calls and why calls in office. The call center person say we have call rights but they not able to even produce any document or this.

                                      With due regards it is submitted that i had purchased icici tax saving bonds having following particulars:

                                      It is further stated that at the time of purchasing of these bonds, i was residing at golabandha garyan, orrissa. However due to shifting of my residence, i could not keep track regarding redemption of these bonds. So it is requested to kindly intimate me regarding redemption of these bonds. If redemption done, request intimate the cheque no and date of issue or any relevant information available. Bond in original still held with me.
