Hi,
I was doing flight booking through yatra.com. Rs 17501 was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed. I approached yatra team but they haven't received any amount.
I already informed icici customer care representative regarding the same. The transaction date 23 nov 2018 and it's nearly 2 day but haven't get any response.
Please look into this.

I had placed an order on myntra on 14 nov18 for rs 3017.20 order id[protected]-8673703 for 2 items in my order, the seller on myntra went out of stock for one of the items and my order was cancelled subsequently on 17 nov18 and according to myntra my refund was also processed by them on 19 nov amounting for rs 2657.64, they provided me with bank reference number - [protected] for the same. I immediately called icici bank for the same issue but they told me to wait more and they couldn't locate my refund with this reference number provided to me by myntra. I had placed this order through my icici bank debit card first 6 degits of card 479932. My icici account number is sba[protected]. My icici account was debited for 3017.21 on @14nov transaction id sb498800, a part of the order was latter cancelled on 17 nov for which 2657.64 refund was to processed. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Till date i recieved no refund in my account and no one is helping me in this regard

This is the last time i am giving the details-i do not want to answer this same questions again.

I had registered for a amazon we services certification exam on 6th and cancellated the same that very day.
I received a mail from psi-vendor for aws who conducts exams that my money was refunded.
After 48 hours i sent mail to their support that i had not received the refund.
They replied back saying it can take upto many days depending on the bank and to check with bank.
I kept on mailing them after 10 days and lastly the sent me the mail with the refund reference no to check with bank.
Now i am attaching all the mails communication in pdf format to this mail. You will find they are claiming to have refunded and even have given reference number proof for it in a pdf.
Please check why you couldn't receive the refund and raise a dispute.

I have given full history of the case. If someone new comes in and asks same questions again in this query reply i would have to contact the grievance team with the names. Its been a week and i can't have more patience sorry.

Icici employee called me explaining the plan about one assist 2 days ago.

And yesterday i see rs 1899/- getting deducted from my account.

I had not expected this from icici bank. I always recommended everyone that icici bank is good and has good service.

Disappointed!!!

Initially we received a call for one assist service and without our agreement the service is activated by deducting rs 1899/- from my account on dated 11th aug 2017. Now again renewal also happened by deducting rs 1899/- on dated 2nd aug 2018 without my agreement. Please deactivate and reverse my total amount.

I am an indian citizen currently working at gabon. My salary is credited in my indian saving account no.[protected] after getting converted from euro to indian rupee but the rate at which the salary is credited in my account is usually very less.
My salary was credited on 16.11.18 when the rate of conversion of euro was 85.21 but my salary was credited at the rate of 79.62.
Kindly clarify

P. S. All the other banks credited the salary on the same day @80.51 (Minimum)

Dear Sir,

I'm using icici bank coral credit card and icici account from past 5+years. I made all the payments with out any issues.

But last month is my payment due date i.e. 26 oct 18 and total bill was ₹ 13979, Which have already paid with complete total due amount on 28 oct . when i see the current statement, they charged penalty under auto debit return fee and [protected]@18% of ₹ 450+81.
When I complaint to customer care executive they said It is wrongly deducted but refund can' t done as there is no such policy.
This time I feel cheated despite timely deposit my bills.I have been using icici as my salary account but i feel like they are charging wrongly and rven the customer care executive taking my complaint keeping me on hold and later disconnecting the call it almost took 1+ hour to talk to them this is very unprofessional of them
Please intervene in this matter and get my hard earned money refunded. SR[protected]

Am an icici bank customer. This month ecsrtnchg charged 472 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

I have cancelled on order (One plus 6 refurbished) from amazon on[protected]. Payment done by icici credit card ([protected]) through emi 24 months. I received confirmation mail from amazon
A refund of 26499 rupees was successfully processed on[protected] to my account. This amount should have been credited to my icici account, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the icici bank of india customer service and also emailed all the details many times including the unique transaction reference refund number [protected] but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

Ketlin kelawala store is my office address, and the card holder 'mahammadsadik bhai s vhora" does not belong to my office neither hv any relation with same. I expect for an explanation from the bank and if card holder have submitted any address proof regarding our office address please inform us about it as soon as possible. Hoping for an immediate action.

We had women savings account since 4 years. As per the norm, we need to have one rd running to convert this as zero balance account. However, rules have changed, no notification has been sent (No communication)
Now as per bank one need maintain min 10000 inr as balance failing which mab charges will be debited to account. Now we had noticed that there are charges debited but no notification via email or sms (No communication)
After enquiry with cc, we have been asked to visit branch, when visited bank staff including manager has no clue on this product and he said that min rd value has been increased (Just to send us away). But when insisted further about no communication to customers, they just argued that communication has been sent and he cannot give any details. Again, they asked to to contact customer care and no help can be offered. That means banks can change policies without intimating to customers and start debiting from their accounts. This icici bank cannot be trusted.

Few days ago i got a call from icici bank representative to offer a credit card. I am salaried person and after checking everything they told me that i am eligible to get a credit card. Then i applied and shared them all my documents.

But now i got a mail saying that 'application rejeted'.

If you are unable to provide or if i am not eligible then why you called me and collected documents? Is that the way you serve a customer? This is really irritating and unexpected. Why are you wasting our time?

Seriously, in future i will never accept credit card from your bank.

Today (22/11/2018) i got bad experience with icici bank, sector-48 noida branch,

Current branch manager is not good, his response and behavior is very bad
He is shouting on me or even he is shouting on one lady employee who was replying me on my query and as per her suggestion i moved toward manger cabin and asked for submitting check book request form,
Even he did not understand my concern, i was confused about form,
But he did not reply or shouting me with bad words,

Please accept this as complaint and take action on branch manager
If possible so please check today video.

I'll not interest and recommended to use icici bank this (Sector 48, noida) branch services.

I am a customer of icici bank over 10years and more i hold a account with the bank an ongoing personal loan and a credit card. I have to pay a minimum due of rs 4100 which has been late by just a month, i answered the call of the executive on 15th nov and gave them a date to be collecting the amount which was on 17th november. On 22nd nov morning a manager called sushil shinde called me 4 times as i was busy i couldn’t answer the call he than started msgng me in a very abrupt manner on whatsapp so later i called him back to which he started shouting at me and speaking ill and disrespectful statements with a lot of profanity and foul language, and started forcing me to pay the amount at that point where as i was at work so he send a person to my resident without informing me and stay harassing my old mother at my resident who’s a heart patient which is not done. I then called him back
And then asked him i need an apology to what comments he has passed to which he denies. So i told him a simple thing is until i don’t get an apology i will not do any payments, he started shouting and howling and started threatening me to which i just hung up the call.
For such a act for such a small amount i will soon discontinue and withdraw all my and family accounts with icici and i will take it way beyond and legal if i don’t get a call from a senior head or someone responsible for your employees act. I have all the msgs he has sent me which i will put it up as a evidence if required.
I will go ahead and do whatever it takes me to do if i don’t get a prompt reply.
It’s very very sad to see such a reputed bank having such people talk rubbish we all belong to respected families and also know the way to speak to a customer.

This is to bring to your notice that while using the debit card provided by the branch for online transactions it demands grid authentication for a security measure. I checked and typed the numbers with carefulness but it showed me an error message stating the numbers you entered doesn't match.
Even on cross-checking, i didn't find any mistake from my side.
I reported this issue to your branch in gurugram sector 17, they also faced the same problem and asked me to submit 500 rupees for the new debit card.
I didn't find it logical for paying for the blunder caused by the bank itself.
Kindly solve my issue otherwise, i have to look for an alternative bank as a possible solution.

Yesterday maine complain kare thi ki apke staff blackmail kar rahe hai alag alag tarike se karte hai aj to apke do staff mr chakravarti or unke sath ek staff tha usne road me rok kar publicaly warning di ki agar ap aapni complain vapis nahi lege to apko or apki wife ko bahut problem hogi unofficial. Ab to apke staff damki dene lage hai agar ab ap koi serious action nahi lete priya sharma or chatravarti, rohit ke against ko mujhe legaly court or media me jana padega apka pure senior staff gautam singh or amit singh ye dono staff ko bachane me lage hai mujhe lagta hai kahi apke kaha koi bada scandle ho raha hai isliye apke senior koi interest nahi lete ab ye apka decision hai ap kya kare but me do din me ye news media me de duga.
