Initially we received a call for one assist service and without our agreement the service is activated by deducting rs 1899/- from my account on dated 11th aug 2017. Now again renewal also happened by deducting rs 1899/- on dated 2nd aug 2018 without my agreement. Please deactivate and reverse my total amount.
