ICICI Bank — Rs 5000 deducted but not received from ATM

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have an ATM of HDFC with card ending with 6045 on[protected]:09:07:09 from ATM at Ecoworld, Varthur Hobli Bangalore .I requested for Rs5000 and the amount was taken from Bank even though amount was not dispensed .Please refund the amount to my respective HDFC account at earliest
