ICICI Bank — Rs. 5034 got deducted from ATM, I don't know how?

Rs. 5034 got deducted today from my Bank account.

The transaction reference (ICI7878265).

Bank account number:[protected]

Transaction date time: 05 FEB 2017 / 8:11 AM morning

I tried calling ICICI but they are not responding.

Kindly arrange a call back from them and refund my money.

I don't know why this happened. Please arrange call back as soon as possible.
