[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Rs. 688.33 Money is deducted from my account

I have a salary account with icici since 8.5 year and never applied for demat account. However Rs. 688.33 has been deducted from my account under the name as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS till jan 22. No deduction message on phone and no intimation from icici. This is not better way to deduct money without pre informed me. This illegal transaction may break trust boundaries between bank and customer. I want my refund asap and should not appear this type of fraud fund transfer from my account.
