[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — rupay add-on credit card

I have ICICI Platinum credit card(ending with 1018) and rupay credit card(ending with 8002) for me which is life time membership free card. I got add-on Rupay (ending with 8101) and Platinum card (ending with 1117) for my husband. ICICI deducted annual membership fee for the Rupay add-on card. I called the customer service and asked them to cancel the add on rupay card as my husband was not using it for quite some time. I also requested them to refund the annual fee as it was charged to my credit card the previous day along with GST fee. ICICI did not refund the fee and said they'll not refund even after request. The fee is for 2025-26 and my request was to cancel the card as we do not need the card any more. The bank response is very rude. They some times send cards even when we do not request them.
Please help me to get the annual fee refunded at the earliest possible
