ICICI Bank — Salary account to saving account | |||
My company (Infosys bangalore branch) opened my salary account and every month salary is crediting to this account, after 5 years they converted my salary account to saving account without intimation. Even customer care is not providing correct response. Currently i am out of country. Now they are charging for everything as it becomes saving account. Even now also i my salary crediting to this account. Now they ask to visit branch to enquire and convert.
