[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Salary credited but not received. | |||
My name is Md. Taher Khan. I have joined the company Medtek in Hyderabad. I have submitted the form for opening the account in ICICI bank(salary account). Mr. Venkat told me that he will be opening that account in 6 days and they have given account no., credit card, and cheque book without opening the bank account. After six days my salary got credited. I have seen my salary 3, 181 by ATM card, but i was not able to get the cash. It was giving error message. I have called Venkat in Kalyan nagar branch(Hyderabad). He told to call Murali. Mr. Murali told that your account has not been activated due to wrong address proof after one week continuous calling. I asked them what to do. He told that you should do closure of your account and I will give you DD. I filled the form of closure. He told to take the DD in two days. After two days i called he told that he will be giving in evening. I called in evening he told that i will give you in morning. In morning i called he told that he will be giving in evening. Now I spent 15 days. I am calling and calling Murali. Sometimes he will be saying i am giving HR training sometimes busy, sometimes meeting. I am suffering a lot. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am suffering a lot. Mr. Murali is everytime lieing. I thought ICICI is a very good bank, but i am wrong. No it is almost 20 days.
