This is regarding the order I placed with the merchant Amazon.in on 05/09/21 with amount 1493. The order was cancelled and the merchant confirmed the sam through email which was forwarded to ICICI customer service . After 7 days also the money is not refunded to my account . After sending many mails with relevant documents confirming that the merchant didn’t received the money, I didn’t received any reply back till now. Contacted customer service also . Please do the needful .
