[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Savings Bank Account Debit Freezed

I have submitted my kyc documents on 12th Sep. On the very next day i got a mail that KYC updated successfully and went to bank to unfreeze my account and they have raised new debit card service request and said that with in 4 working days it will received. But that request has been rejected and I have been to bank more than 2 times now it is told that kyc request is processed successfully but my account is still debit frozen. Because of this i could not able use icici net banking and i am not able to draw my own money. I went to branch again they said no idea of this frozen account.
Need support from bank to unfreeze my account.
