Complaint marked as Resolved Yesterday I made a transaction of Rs.2000 through a scan and it debited whith this name bharatpe.900637 and i paid the remaining amount of Rs.8000 to the same on the same transaction by using the pay option at the end of the transaction, unfortunately it was shown different name and the vendor told he has not received the money. I raised the service request, but it is not showing.
As per my knowledge I never scanned any UPI id yesterday and I never entered any of the id manually also, how come the name changed automatically. If I scan also I won’t be able to pay more than Rs.2000 and how come it happen.
While trying to customer care it is only asking to block the card and no other responses.
Kindly suggest me how to track the vendor to recover the money.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
