[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Server Down. www.icicibank.com not able to access at very critical time

Hi, I'm outside of India and i wanted to access icicibank account, but website was not accessible. I counter check other bank's website just to confirm my internet connection, but my internet connection was working. Now, as i was not able to access my bank account through www.icicibank.com, i failed to pay my fees.
